Design , build , program and test your robot ’ s ability to accomplish challenge missions on the playing field . Learn and demonstrate your skills and knowledge about Science , Technology , Engineering and Math ( STEM principles as you design , construct and program a robot that navigates itself within a playing field filled with obstacles . YOUNG ENGINEERS ROBOTICS & STEM PROGRAM
We are excited to bring an internationally acclaimed Robotics and STEM learning program taught in 40 + countries by e2 Young Engineers , a Europe based company and accredited by Harvard and Carnegie Mellon school . Your child will learn about Newton ’ s law and law of motions and gravity , Cantilever principle , hand-eye synchronization , and other principles .

ULTIMATE
Join one of the fastest growing non-contact sports in the country . Players will learn the skills and strategies of Ultimate with an emphasis on participation , teamwork , and safety . Based on registration numbers , A and B level teams will be formed based on each player ’ s skill level . Teams practice after school and compete against other Anoka-Hennepin middle schools . TEEN NIGHT
Calling all 6th-8th graders . Teen Night is a special time for students to “ hang out ”! This supervised night provides a safe and fun environment that offers current AMSA student ’ s opportunities in socialization , recreation , and sports . These opportunities enhance our students ’ education and self-esteem . Teen Night offers open gym , crafts , concession sales , games and more ! Selected Fridays , 6:30-9 p . m .
