Join us for this non-school day Ski Trip to Spirit Mountain . We will be taking a charter bus for the trip . Equipment rental there is a second higher price option . Lessons are extra and payable to the ski resort on the day of the trip . Space is limited . Register early ! Things to bring : ski or snowboard equipment and money for meals or a bagged lunch . Join Dazzling Dave as he performs his YoYo Magic for you ! This class is a 45-minute show where you will be entertained and amazed ! Then a 45-minute workshop where Dave will teach you some of his signature YoYo tricks ! You will get your very own YoYo to take home so you can show your friends what you learn !

CODE CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT SERIES : VIRTUAL COMPUTER CODING COMPETITION

Build a computer bot to play head-to-head against other coders ! Whether this is your first Code Championship event , or if you ’ ve been competing for years , this is the perfect way to explore the competitive coding world of Code Championship . No previous coding experience necessary . The Fall 2021 Code Championship Series is a series of six tournaments in six weeks . These tournaments will be hosted online using Google Meet and the Code Championship website . If you have a modern browser like Chrome or Firefox , no additional download is required . Please come knowing how to navigate the internet ( basic typing and mouse control . The link to the Google Meet event will be emailed two Sessions before the tournament .

ESPORTS

Esports - Fortnite will explore individual and team building exercises while helping you improve on your game through the teaching of game theories , strategies , discussions , and practices , all within the battle royal environment ! Fortnite is rated T for teen and players should be 12 years or older .

LEGO ® DERBY

Build a LEGO vehicle that is the fastest and strongest in competition ! Week one will allow students to design and test vehicles , then week two will have racing tournaments , demolition derbies , and more to put those vehicles to the test ! Collect enough victories in challenges and contests , and you could walk away with a prize ! Masks are required .
