ATHLETICS!
Information for athletic participants: Teams will be formed based on each
player’s skill level. Teams practice after school and compete against other
Anoka-Hennepin middle schools. Equipment/uniforms are provided for
most sports. Games are held between 4-6 p.m. Activity buses are provided
Monday-Thursday. Parents are responsible for transportation on Fridays
and after games.
Students must have a Sports Qualifying Physical (valid for three years), and
Eligibility and Emergency Health forms on file to participate in the middle
school athletic programs. Immunizations are not the same as a physical.
The forms are available online or may be picked up at your schools’
Community Education or Health office.
