PLAY! WELCOME Winter is a great time to discover community education! Participating in extra-curricular activities and athletic programs is a great way for students to engage in their school community as they meet friends and learn new things. Community Education offers a wide variety of unique activities in the evening, on the weekend or afterschool – designed for teens – to enhance their academic and social experience: • PLAY: recreation and fitness • ATHLETICS: team and individual sports • EXPRESS: arts and dance • EXPLORE: technology and games • LEARN: baby sitting, tutoring and safety awareness • FAMILY FUN: community events and outings Community Education welcomes participants of all abilities. FENCING Are you ready to duel? Attack, defense and timing tactics are all integrated into the art of sword fighting.
