Bellies and Butts
Total body conditioning consisting of 3 minutes of cardio
endurance exercises, followed by 2 minutes of resistance training
and finishing with 1 minute of core control. In 55 minutes our
3-2-1 class will help you reach your fitness goals using steps,
weights, resistance bands and a bosu ball. See website for class

Focus on the key areas that we all struggle with. If you are
looking to strengthen and tone your legs and butt, build core
strength and trim down your midsection, this is the class for you.

Barre/Pilates Combo
A fitness class combining the best of two formats. You will
tone and shape your body with low impact exercises. Train
your stabilizing muscles, create a strong core, and build strong,

NEW | Body Step
A cardio/core workout step class using your body weight as
resistance. This weight bearing aspect is increased every time
you step up, improving bone health and density. You will get a
great cardio workout while also building muscle, and improve
coordination while burning calories. Core conditioning will take
place the last part of class giving you strength and flexibility. Bring

Boot Camp
Get everything you need by combining cardio, strength, muscle
endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement. You will
utilize the principle of muscle confusion - your body will not adapt
or plateau because they are designed to be different all the time.
We will use various equipment during class. Bring hand weights
