A fitness class combining the best of two formats. You will tone and shape your body with low impact exercises. Body Step
A cardio / core workout step class using your body weight as resistance. This weight bearing aspect is increased every time you step up, improving bone health and density. You will get a great cardio workout while also building muscle, and improve coordination while burning calories. Get everything you need by combining cardio, strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement. You will utilize the principle of muscle confusion- your body will not adapt or plateau because they are designed to be different all the time. We will use various equipment during class.
