Pilates Step and Sculpt
An extremely effective full-body workout that focuses on
strengthening your core. It consists of a series of exercises
designed to tone and sculpt muscles, increase flexibility, improve
body awareness, decrease chronic pain and elevate the spirit.
Bring water and pilates mat. See website for class meeting
dates. Class fee: $45. Burn calories in this energized step aerobics class. Class
consists of warm-up, step-cardio, target toning, stretching and
cool-down. Bring water, mat and hand weights from two to ten

this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio,
conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired
movements. Using Ripstix®, POUND® transforms drumming
into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all

meeting dates. Class fee: $45. High intensity interval training with quick rounds of simple
exercises followed by short periods of rest. Excellent for
burning fat, losing weight and increasing toning and
conditioning. Work with steps, resistance bands and gliding
discs. This class is for all levels of fitness ability as exercises
can be modified. Bring water, mat and hand weights from
