Enjoy specially prepared tea and foods at the historic Ticknor Hill Bed and Breakfast in Anoka, renovated Victorian home celebrating 150 years. Please note seating requests when registering. Join nutritional therapist, Stephanie Ewals, in discovering how sauerkraut offers beneficial bacteria to the gut along with its ability to aid other processes within the body.
