Artisan Breads-A Taste of the Old and New NEW | Charcuterie Building
Take the mystery out of homemade yeast breads and leave
with knowledge to bake, using ingredients that appeal to your
family’s tastes and needs. Learn to shape buns, crescent rolls and
beautiful bread loaves that boost flavor and embrace healthy
eating. This is a demonstration and hands-on class. Supply fee
of $9 cash paid to instructor at class. Class fee: $35. Join Kylie, Brooklyn Park Hy-Vee dietitian, for an evening
learning how to prepare a charcuterie board for entertaining
your guests. You will sample various meats and cheeses while
exploring various fruit pairings that will enhance your selections.

Breakfast and Brunch
Get ready for that special family weekend brunch with this
hands-on class. You will master cheese soufflé, quiche, strata
(crunchy bread cubes in a cheesy casserole), frittata (open-
faced omelette) and a puffy pancake served with lemon and
confectioners sugar. You will learn tips and techniques for a
perfect meal! Bring container to take home leftovers.
