Learn how to preserve your gardens bounty. Practice using‘ hot water bath’ techniques that can be used for various canning projects. Prepare a batch of jelly and take home one to two jars to enjoy. Travel the streets of Vietnam as you enjoy an authentic Vietnamese dinner. You will make pho( a spicy broth-based soup with noodles, chicken and vegetables), fresh shrimp spring rolls, nuoc cham( the quintessential dipping sauce) and che chuoi xao dua( a dessert of caramelized bananas).
