Yoga – All Levels
Experience a combination of movement and poses intended to connect breath, mind, and body. Increase balance, flexibility, strength, and focus. The class ends with a quiet meditation. Bring a yoga mat— optional props: blocks, blanket, or straps.

Pelvic Floor Health, Pregnancy & Postpartum Yoga
This class will focus on understanding the pelvic floor: how it functions and what it might look / feel like if there’ s dysfunction. We’ ll cover proper breath technique for relaxing and engaging the pelvic floor. Movements will stretch and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles as well as the supporting muscle groups. Especially great for those pre / post natal, but also beneficial in healing / preventing pelvic floor dysfunction. Gentle yoga that is safe for anyone expecting will also be incorporated.

Traditional Yoga
Take some time to calm your mind, relax your body, and reconnect with yourself. If you have a body and can breathe, you can do yoga! Yoga is for every body- not just human pretzels on Instagram. This yoga class will combine meditation, breath work, and traditional yoga poses. Adaptable movement and easy to follow instruction make this class suitable for any experience level.

Kettlebells
Boost metabolism and improve strength, flexibility and balance with a workout combining kettlebells with bodyweight exercises. Proper kettlebell technique will be taught. Beginners welcome. Kettlebells provided. Bring water, towel and mat. We will end class with stretching, yoga, or myo-facial work.

Workout Shake-up!
A surprise every time, mix up your routines! Workouts may include yoga, pilates, core or balance, cardio, resistance, fascial work and / or Styx. Instructor is trained in many formats and has over 20 years fitness experience. She will change up each class and promises every workout will be good for you!

Meditative Yoga
Calm your mind and clear your thoughts or heavy emotions. Gentle yoga stretches and poses but with focus on relaxing and focusing on letting go. Slow pace with space to reflect and be still. Good for everyone. Stress is hard on the body and mind, this class makes time for you to help melt some of that away. Bring what you need: yoga mat and any props that will help you rest on the floor, pillow or blanket and yoga blocks.
