Body
Step
A cardio / core workout step class using your body weight as resistance. This weightbearing aspect is increased every time you step up, improving bone health and density. You will get a great cardio workout while also building muscle, and improving coordination while burning calories. Core conditioning will take place in the last part of class, giving you strength and flexibility.

Strength & Stretch( Online)
In this online class, you’ ll use your body weight( and optional hand weights) to strengthen and tone your major muscle groups. The instructor will go through stretching exercises to increase range of motion, flexibility, and lengthening of our muscles to build your strength and mobility. Mat and water, optional weights. Can use a stability ball or chair if preferred.
