NEW | Flavor Forward Spring Bowl Meals
Spring into fresh flavors with instructor Kirsten Madaus in this live online cooking class. We’ ll start by preparing a grain base and a protein. While those are cooking we’ ll make a sauce and some fresh sides, then assemble everything to enjoy now or pack separately for meal prep. Participants will receive an extensive handout along with the link to join prior to class. There will be ample time for questions during the session, and participants will receive a link to the recording afterwards so you can cook along at your convenience.( See photo above)

Pad Thai
In this fun-filled class, you will be guided stepby-step by chef Mimi in recreating this classic. Known for its diverse flavor profile of sweet, salty, sour and spicy, you’ ll learn to properly prepare and build an authentic Pad Thai sauce. During this special dinner we will prepare and taste a marinated shredded salad, fresh melon wrapped with prosciutto ham, the classic spaghetti with pancetta bacon and parmigiano cheese, a salad featuring mixed greens( Insalata Mista), polenta service with sweet sausages and porcini mushrooms. Concluding the meal will be the classical frothy zabaglione and the traditional almond( Amaretti) cookies. Supply fee of $ 16 cash due to the instructor at class.

Pasta
Bring a ray of Italian sunshine into your kitchen by creating homemade pasta using a few basic ingredients! You can mix by hand or food processor and we’ ll use pasta machines to roll and cut but also try out rolling and cutting by hand. We’ ll cover several recipe variations including spinach pasta. We’ ll also spend time making a meat sauce, tomato, gorgonzola and a quick alfredo sauce to accompany the pasta. With an extensive handout with tips and techniques, you can make the perfect pasta every time! Supply fee of $ 14 cash paid to the instructor at class.
