Ethiopian / Eritrean food is light, healthy and flavorful. It can range from a little spicy to very mild, and from meat to vegetarian-friendly. Discover new cooking techniques, exotic spices and ways to easily pair them with your daily ingredients like beans, lentils and vegetables, meat sautéed with flavored butter, ghee and healthy oils. Prep along with instructors Kirsten and Megan in your own kitchen to stock your freezer! As we all prep and assemble different entrees together we’ ll talk about meal planning and make ahead tips and tricks. The Minnesota hot dish is a one-dish supper baked in your oven using a single piece of cookware.
