Body Step
A cardio / core workout step class using your body weight as resistance . This weight-bearing aspect is increased every time you step up , improving bone health and density . You will get a great cardio workout while also building muscle and improving coordination while burning calories . Core conditioning will take place in the last part of class , giving you strength and flexibility . Bring water , yoga mat and optional hand weights . See website for class dates .

Bone Boosters
Boost your bones by adding strength training to your exercise routine ! Strength training will build your bones and benefit your joints by strengthening the surrounding tissues , maintaining alignment to decrease wear and tear . We will use hand weights , resistance bands , and yoga balls for a total body workout . Participants must be able to get up and down from an exercise mat . Modifications will be provided for beginners and also those further along their fitness journey . Class includes balance training . Dress in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes . Bring water and a cushioned mat . Online participants need : Cushioned mat or surface , hand weights , resistance band , and yoga ball . Have water handy .
