Ageless Yoga
Ageless Yoga is perfect for older adults . We will move through seated , standing , traditional and modified yoga poses with additional focus on stretching , flexibility , balance , and restorative breathing promoting stress reduction and relaxation . This class is shoe-and joint-friendly and we do not get down on mats . Dress in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes . You may need a sticky yoga mat for foot grip . Body Step
A cardio / core workout step class using your body weight as resistance . This weight-bearing aspect is increased every time you step up , improving bone health and density . You will get a great cardio workout while also building muscle and improving coordination while burning calories . Boost your bones by adding strength training to your exercise routine ! Strength training will build your bones and benefit your joints by strengthening the surrounding muscles , which will keep your joints in alignment to decrease wear and tear . Cardio Kickboxing and Resistance Training
Get your cardio and strength training done at the same time . Kickboxing is fun , good for your heart and makes time fly . Look better and pump your metabolism . For best results , bring light hand weights from 1 to 8 lbs and a heavier set of dumbbells from 5 to 20 lbs . Weights are dependent on your level of fitness .
