daytime Metal Tooling / Repoussé Bone Boosters Metal tooling, also known as embossing, is used to impart a 3-D design upon metal sheets. The metal is pushed with a tool or stylus in order to create a raised effect on the opposite side. Once you learn the basic skills you can emboss any design you can trace. Create a fun piece of art that gives you immediate satisfaction. Supply fee of $5 paid to instructor at class. Class fee: $35. Boost your bones by adding strength training to your exercise routine! Strength training will build your bones and benefit your joints by strengthening the surrounding muscles, which will keep your joints in alignment to decrease wear and tear. Use free weights, resistance bands and floor work for a total body workout that everyone can do. Class will include balance and agility training.
