Arms and Abs Boot Camp
Target your arms, shoulders, chest, back and core. Use light
hand weights and bodyweight exercises to tone arms and taper
your torso. Bring mat, water and hand weights from two to eight
pounds. See website for class meeting dates. Class fee: $45. Get everything you need by combining cardio, strength, muscle
endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement. You will
utilize the principle of muscle confusion - your body will not
adapt or plateau because it is designed to be different all the
time. Bring hand weights from two to eight pounds, yoga

Body Step
A cardio/core workout step class using your body weight as
resistance. This weight-bearing aspect is increased every time
you step up, improving bone health and density. You will get a
great cardio workout while also building muscle, and improve
coordination while burning calories. Core conditioning will take
place the last part of class, giving you strength and flexibility. Bring
water, yoga mat, and optional hand weights. See website for class

Get your cardio and strength training done at the same time.
Kickboxing is fun, good for your heart and makes time fly.
Look better and pump your metabolism. For best results, bring
light hand weights from one to eight lbs., and a heavier set of
dumbbells from five to 20 pounds. Weights are dependent on
your level of fitness. Bring gym shoes, water, towel and floor

Bone Boosters
Boost your bones by adding strength training to your exercise
routine! Strength training will build your bones and benefit
your joints by strengthening the surrounding muscles, which
will keep your joints in alignment to decrease wear and tear.
Use free weights, resistance bands and floor work for a total
body workout that everyone can do. Class will include balance
and agility training. Dress in comfortable clothing, and bring
athletic shoes, water, and a cushioned mat. See website for class
