Metal Tooling / Repoussé Bone Boosters
Metal tooling, also known as embossing, is used to impart a
3-D design upon metal sheets. The metal is pushed with a tool
or stylus in order to create a raised effect on the opposite side.
Once you learn the basic skills you can emboss any design you
can trace. Create a fun piece of art that gives you immediate
satisfaction. Supply fee of $5 paid to instructor at class.
Class fee: $35. Boost your bones by adding strength training to your exercise
routine! Strength training will build your bones and benefit
your joints by strengthening the surrounding muscles, which
will keep your joints in alignment to decrease wear and tear.
Use free weights, resistance bands and floor work for a total
body workout that everyone can do. Class will include balance
and agility training. Dress in comfortable clothing, and bring
athletic shoes, water, and a cushioned mat. See website for class
meeting dates. Class fee: $45.
