NEW | Asian Favorites NEW | Crepes-The Do Ahead Wrap
Begin by preparing delicious egg rolls stuffed with pork, shrimp
and vegetables, served with both hot mustard and sweet and
sour sauce for dipping. You’ll then prepare fried rice using
chicken, shrimp, fresh vegetables and the secret sauce. Classic
pork chow mein follows, served with crispy egg noodles along
with chicken egg foo young. Class fee: $55. Crepes are easy to prepare while being both elegant and
impressive. Prepare Chicken Divan (chicken with broccoli in a
cheese sauce) as a main course. Next, make cheese blintzes
served with an apricot sauce followed by mushroom crepes with
sherry sauce. Dessert crepes include orange Crepe Suzette,
Italian and Sicilian cannoli, flaming crepes and more! This is a
hands-on class. Bring a container. Supply fee of $11 cash paid

cinnamon and caramel rolls. From scratch, make buttery pecan-
filled caramel rolls and rich cinnamon rolls that everyone loves.
Leave with freshly baked rolls, recipes and knowledge to bake
these sweet yeast breads on your own. This is a hands-on class.

Who loves chicken? Learn how versatile, simple and healthy
cooking with chicken really is. You will use skillets and the oven
to prepare and sample chicken cordon bleu, marsala with sage,
Philippine adobo strips with spicy dipping sauce, white wine
with mushroom sauce, crab-stuffed breasts and many more! This
class is perfect for date night or a night out with a friend. Bring

Classic Soups and a Famous Stew
Create some of the best hearty soups-New England clam
chowder, wild rice, pumpkin, split pea with ham and corn bisque
with rosemary. Top it off with the very famous French beef stew
in red wine (boeuf bourguignon). What could be better for an
easy meal during our winter weather? Soup, salad and some

NEW | Date Night-A Cruise on the Mediterranean
Chef Anu takes you on a culinary journey along the shores of
the Mediterranean as you learn to cook wonderful recipes and
authentic tastes, but with local supermarket ingredients. You’ll
start with Italian inspired bruschetta and crostini with caprese
and olive tapenade. Prepare a main course of authentic Turkish
chicken shish kabob with yogurt dip, a French pizza tart called
provencal pissaladiere and the national dish of Spain, shrimp
paella! End the culinary journey in Greece with baklava, a
delightful nut filling encased in layers of sweet filo! All supplies
provided. Class fee: $65.

Fearless Electric Pressure Cooking
The Instant Pot and other multi cookers can produce a tender
roast in seven percent of the time it takes in a slow cooker. Find
out what cooks well in electric pressure cookers and what you
should avoid, and cook a number of dishes that will put the fear
of pressure cooking behind you forever. Some dishes prepared
in this class include butter chicken; basmati rice; red-braised
pork with brown rice; risotto with asparagus and shrimp. Bring
your own pot with its instruction book and containers to take
home leftovers. Extensive handouts provided. Supply fee of $15
