French Dinner NEW | Simply Sensuous Yeast Breads
Experience a flavorful trip to the romantic Provence region of
France, home to Marseille, Nice and the Riviera which bases
it’s cuisine on garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, saffron and herbs. You
will prepare a delicious five-course dinner of vichyssoise, potato
galettes, saffron rice, Coquille St. Jacques a la Provencale and
creme caramel. Bring containers to take home leftovers. Supply
fee of $15 paid to instructor at class. Class fee: $35. Lure your family to mealtime with the fragrant aroma of delicious
homemade bread! Lots of tips and no-muss, no-fuss, to be
successful each time. You’ll make, bake, and take home the
extras of nutty oatmeal dinner rolls, cinnamon swirl loaf, and

NEW | Gluten Free Baking 101 NEW | Snowman Cake
Are you new to being gluten-free? Do you have a loved one
or friend who is gluten-free, either due to health challenges or
lifestyle choices? In this hands-on class, we will go through the
basics of gluten-free living, be introduced to the different flours,
and prepare a couple of simple gluten-free recipes including
chocolate banana muffins and apple cinnamon scones. Recipes,
flour information sheet, and a tip sheet will be provided to
start your gluten-free journey. Supply fee of $10 cash paid to
instructor at class. Class fee: $35. Decorate a two-layer cake in snow white buttercream to make
a super cute snowman! Learn to use silicone molds to create a
hat and fondant to create the face and snowflakes. Leave class

Winter is the best season for hearty meat pies and Upper
Peninsula or Iron Range-style pasties. Join us for an afternoon of
savory baking that you can easily replicate at home. Extensive
handouts provided. Bring a small box to bring home your pie.
Supply fee of $13 cash paid to instructor at class. Class fee: $39. Delight in preparing Vietnamese summer rolls served with
both hoisin and peanut sauce for dipping. Then we’ll prepare
Vietnamese spring rolls with pork, shrimp, and glass noodles
stuffed in rice paper and fried to a golden brown, served with the
classic nuoc cham dipping sauce. Last, you’ll prepare Pad Thai,
blending the vibrant flavors of Thailand with rice noodles using
shrimp, eggs, chilies, garlic, basil, scallions, bean sprouts, sesame
oil, lemon and crushed red pepper flakes. For dessert, Thai lime
custard topped with fresh whipped cream. Class fee: $55.

Fermented drinks are extremely popular and making them at
home is a fun, economical adventure. Shrubs were popular
during colonial times as a means to preserve fruit and herbs.
They are a concentrated syrup with both tart and sweet taste.
Shrubs are a tasty tonic made with a vinegar base, fruit, sugar,
and herbs. Drink as a tonic or mix with mineral water or your
favorite spirit. Come taste and discover how to make fruit
based shrubs. Supply fee of $10 cash paid to instructor at class.
Class fee: $35. Dabble with delicious candy melts, marshmallows, coconut,
chocolate, popcorn and sprinkles to create delectable treats!
Learn how truffles are made and create your own selection of
other goodies to take home. Recipes for truffles will be included.
Leave class with a sample of sweets to share. Bring supply fee of
