home LAWN & GARDEN Winter Pruning, Soils and Garden Problems NEW | Hydroponic Gardening The Very Easy Way Larry Cipolla, master gardener and author, will show you how to create one of the oldest and most proven hydroponic systems which can be used both indoors and outdoors for growing veggies and herbs year-round. Through step-by- step presentation and hands on work, you will construct and take home a hydroponic system that does not require pumps, tubing, special filtration or electricity. Supply fee of $48 paid to instructor at class. Bring a bag lunch, a drill, and a two-inch hole saw if you have one. Class fee: $25. Winter is a great time to pinpoint yard and garden areas that need attention. We will review and demonstrate pruning techniques, consider ways in which to improve soils and learn to prepare a new garden space while handling weed issues.
