NEW | Artisan Bread In Five Minutes A Day
NEW | Do-Ahead Entertaining
Want to make bread with great flavor and texture? Learn to make
savory, healthy loaves in less than five minutes using dough that
you mix in minutes. You will leave class with a batch of bread
dough and a warm loaf of bread that you make and bake in class,
plus recipes for several additional artisan breads. Bring a four-quart
mixing bowl with cover, a set of measuring cups and spoons, and
a large wooden spoon to class. This is a demonstration, hands-on
and tasting class. Supply fee of $8 cash paid to instructor at class.
Class fee: $45.
Be a Do-Ahead Diva! Discover appetizers, entrees and desserts
that you can prepare ahead of time and cook effortlessly right
before the party. Prepare and sample field greens with goat cheese
and candied pecans, crab and artichoke pasta, pesto salmon en
Papillote and chocolate fudge pie for dessert. You’ll take home a
packet of additional recipes to try at home. This is a hands-on class.

Braising uses wet heat to cook meat and vegetables to
mouthwatering perfection. Use a Dutch oven for better results in
shorter times, as well as vary the textures of ingredients for livelier,
more flavorful, more nutritious results. Join Jan Zita Grover for a
low-key afternoon of braising a New Mexico pork roast and an
extravagant
