Learn to make savory, healthy loaves in less than five minutes using dough that you mix in minutes. You will leave class with a batch of bread dough and a warm loaf of bread that you make and bake in class, plus recipes for several additional artisan breads. Bring a four-quart mixing bowl with cover, a set of measuring cups and spoons, and a large wooden spoon to class. This is a demonstration, hands-on and tasting class.
