Herbs in the Garden & In The Kitchen
Phyllo Pastry Perfection
Herbs, the culinary ones - basil, rosemary, dill, oregano, thyme,
marjoram, and parsley to name a few - belong in every ‘kitchen
pantry’ and on every kitchen table. Learn techniques for growing
these in your garden or on your deck. Discover the best harvesting
and preserving methods so fresh or preserved herbs are at hand
for every day meals. This presentation will include a tasting
session, the basics of cooking with herbs and some recipes to get
you started. Class fee: $25.
Prepare an assortment of appetizers, main dishes and dessertsall made with this amazing pastry dough. Many can be made in
advance, then frozen and baked as needed. Receive an easy tip
sheet to create perfect results every time for other phyllo recipes

Mozzarella Cheese & Yogurt
Discover how easy it is to make healthy mozzarella cheese and
yogurt at home, and save money too! Plus, they taste better.
Handout includes recipes for several different types of cheeses,
recipes that utilize cheese and/or yogurt and resource information
for supplies. Bring two one-cup containers with secure lids so
you can take home your mozzarella and yogurt starter. This is a

Perfect Pasta
Pasta is nutritious, economical and simple to prepare. Learn how
to create homemade pasta using a few basic ingredients with
both low-tech hand rolling and high-tech pasta machines. Several
recipes provided, including spinach pasta. Top it off with fresh
sauces including classic meat, classic tomato, gorgonzola, alfredo
and many pesto options including almond, basil-garlic and walnutbasil. Extensive handout of tips and techniques will have you
making perfect pasta every time. This is a hands-on class. Bring a

Ready to Roll Sushi
Learn the simple way of sushi making and get rolling in no time!
You will make four different types of sushi with a complimentary
dipping sauce to go with each, and sushi rice with everyday
ingredients. The class features a vegetarian sushi roll, cosmopolitan
