Oula.One ® Tabata
A heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class
connecting movement and breath, dance and yoga. Feel
the stress and stuck emotion leave your body as you journey
through balancing and strengthening, core work, stretching
and relaxation. Done barefoot on the mat, with no jumping or
impact, it is accessible to nearly everyone. Bring yoga mat and
water. See website for class meeting dates. Class fee: $49. Tabata is a high intensity interval training with quick rounds of
simple exercises followed by short periods of rest. Excellent
for burning fat, losing weight and increasing toning and
conditioning. Work with steps, resistance bands and gliding
discs. This class is for all levels of fitness ability as exercises can
be modified. Bring water, mat and hand weights from five to
