NEW | A Taste of Moroccan Magic Fancy Floral Cakes
Enjoy these culinary wonders from Morocco. You will start with
mint tea and harissa, a spicy chutney served with crudités. The
main dish is a chicken and chickpea tagine, a casserole dish
with perfumed lemons, spices and dry fruits served with saffron
scented pilaf and Moroccan mufleta, and a handmade bread
served with melted butter and honey. Complete the meal with
saffron-infused ice cream with warm Moroccan honey sauce. All
supplies provided. Class fee: $65. Want to learn to create a beautiful floral designed cake but have
no idea where to start? This class is for you! You will learn how to
level and fill your cake, and change your icing consistency and
color while using a decorating bag and various tips. Leave class
with a completed cake you can share with family and friends!

Brewing Kombucha at Home
If you enjoy kombucha, try making this fermented tea beverage,
which can easily be made at home. We will discuss the health
benefits that may be obtained from kombucha, how to safely
make it at home, how to flavor it, taste test some flavors, and
then actually start your first batch. A complete starter brewing
kit with online support (if needed) will be provided. Please bring
a two-quart pot for boiling water on the stove top and a supply
fee of $17 cash paid to the instructor. Class fee: $35.

Fearless Electric Pressure Cooking
Find out what cooks well in electric pressure cookers, what you
should avoid, and put the fear of pressure cooking behind you
! We will try cooking some popular Instant Pot dishes, including
butter chicken; basmati rice; red-braised pork with brown rice;
and risotto with asparagus and shrimp. Please include any
dietary restrictions with your registrations. Bring your own pot
with its instruction book and containers to take home leftovers.

Festive Spring Salads
Learn to make a wide array of salads, including a wild rice and
chicken breast salad, or wild rice mushroom and cashew salad.
Next, prepare a vegetarian salad with multi-colored peppers and
quinoa. Learn about fruit salads using cantaloupe, strawberries,
raspberries, spinach and glazed pecans. Complete your salads
with three easy-to-make dressings; feta cheese, orange and
creamy blue cheese. Bring a container. Supply fee of $13 cash

NEW | Fabulous Focaccia Fondue
Focaccia is northern Italy’s analog to the south’s pizza. For those
who relish the flavor of a good bread, focaccia can be made
however you like, with only a coating of coarse salt, olive oil, and
rosemary; or loaded with ingredients like olives, tomatoes, and
cheese. Please bring an 8 in. cast-iron skillet or a heavy-duty
1/4 in. sheet pan. Supply fee of $13 cash paid to instructor at
class. Class fee: $35. Delight in learning to prepare delicious fondues including
traditional cheese, classic Swiss cheese, beef bourguignonne,
crab, bleu cheese and tempura. In addition, you will dunk
delectable tidbits of fruit, cake or brownies in wonderful dessert
fondues including chocolate and butterscotch fondues. A variety
of sauces and dips will be made to round out the menu. Supply
