Hydroponic Gardening The Very Easy Way Back Yard Chickens for Beginners
Larry Cipolla, master gardener and author, will show you how
to create one of the oldest and most proven hydroponic
systems which can be used both indoors and outdoors for
growing veggies and herbs year-round. Through step-by-step
presentation and hands-on work, you will construct and take
home a hydroponic system that does not require pumps, tubing,
special filtration or electricity. Supply fee of $48 paid to instructor
at class. Bring a bag lunch, a drill, and a two-inch hole saw if you
have one. Class fee: $25. Did you know chickens are omnivores, great composters, eat
insects and make excellent pets? Learn flock starting basics and
how to maintain a healthy flock. Topics include breed selection,
brooding, coop options and general care. Learn how easy it is to
get started with your chicks! Instructor, Tom Tidrick, has over 30
years of poultry experience. Class fee: $29.

harvesting and preserving methods so fresh or preserved herbs

guided through the creation of your own bonsai tree in class.
