Hayride at Bunker Park Stables
Gather your family and friends and pile on for a fun-filled
hayride pulled by a team of gentle draft horses. Meet at
Bunker Park Stables, 550 Bunker Lake Blvd, Andover at 6 p.m.
Enjoy a bonfire and then a hayride from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Dress
appropriately for the weather. Call (763) 757-9447 for more
information and directions. Class fee: $15 per person; children
under three years old are free.

Education (ECFE) program offers opportunities for
families with children ages birth to kindergarten.
Classes to support your child’s
growth and development, and
Playtime to inspire their senses
with toys, songs and activities.
Howling with the Wolves
Join us at the Wildlife Science Center, the area’s premier wildlife
facility, to learn about some of Minnesota’s most fascinating
animals. Resident wolves, mountain lions, coyotes, foxes,
lynx and raptors will be the focus of this informative program
around the campfire. At the end of the program, we will toast
marshmallows and drink hot chocolate while the wolves fill the
darkness with their incredible wild song. Check-in: 6-6:30 p.m.,
program 6:30-8 p.m. Feel free to stay for the bonfire from 8-9 p.m.
Class fee: $19 per participant.

Anoka-Hennepin Community Education offers
preschool classes, which prepare children for
kindergarten. Our preschool curriculum is aligned
with the district kindergarten curriculum. Licensed
teachers monitor child progress and development
throughout the school year.
Students participate in hands-on learning activities
that are educational and fun, in a stimulating
classroom environment that encourages learning
through discovery and exploration.

No experience is necessary to enjoy the natural beauty of
Bunker Hills Regional Park from horseback. Bunker Park Stables
will provide you with a wide variety of horses, including Draft
horses, for all sizes & skill levels. They will assist you in mounting;
provide brief riding and safety instructions prior to departure, and
dismounting. Your guide is extensively trained and experienced,
and is certified in First Aid/CPR. Helmets are required for trail
riders under 18. Riding helmets are available at no cost for ALL
trail riders. We do not allow camera or cell phone use on the trail
- you need your hands to guide your horse! We ride rain or shine
so please dress for the weather! Check-in is from 6-6:30 p.m., trail
ride from 6:30-7:30 p.m. For directions please call the stables at
(763) 757-9447. Parent/Child class for ages 8+ and 52 inches or
taller. Class fee: $29 per person.
