Step and Sculpt
Burn calories in this energized step aerobics class. Class
consists of warm-up, step-cardio, target toning, stretching and

Tabata
Tabata is a high intensity interval training with quick rounds of
simple exercises followed by short periods of rest. Excellent for
burning fat, losing weight and increasing tone and condition.
Work with steps, resistance bands and gliding discs. This class is
for all levels of fitness ability as exercises can be modified. Bring
