NEW | Aromatherapy Make and Take Hypnosis to Control Weight & Stop Smoking
Learn basics about aromatherapy and create your own signature
blends for yourself or a loved one in class. Discover how to
reduce pain and inflammation from over exercising, help soothe
a tummy ache, ease depression, or help prevent a cold. All
supplies provided. Class fee: $45. Hypnosis for weight loss can stop your obsession with food
and pop, and increase your motivation to walk and exercise.
Hypnosis for smoking/chewing tobacco can help you quit
immediately without withdrawal, cravings or weight gain.
Bring pillow and blanket. Hypnosis fee of $44 for weight or
smoking or $84 for both is payable to New Way Learning Center
at class. Note on registration form if you plan to attend for
weight control, smoking, or both or if you are a lifetime member.

can be tricky, in particular if your family lives nearby. Discuss
ways you can balance what may feel like demands on your time
and how you want to spend it, with an emphasis on time with
