NEW | Ready or Not NEW | The Five Elements
Give yourself and those you love the gift of peace of mind. Be
ready for the inevitable transitions in your life by having all of your
important records, papers, and financial information organized
and accessible. Learn to use the “Ready or Not” system which
helps you not only identify your assets and debts, but also basic
needs such as medication, medical records, passwords, and end
of life requests. Uncover any missing pieces in your overall life
plan. Supply fee of $20 for workbook paid to instructor at class

medicine has been using these five elements to gain an insight
on their health and so can you. This class is strictly a lecture
class. Handouts will be provided. Bring a pen or pencil and

airway obstruction. Also includes the use and training in

a written exam is required. Recommended for health care
providers, EMS, civil servants, dental, lifeguards and others
wanting to renew certification. Receive course completion card.

Become proficient in identifying and avoiding potentially
dangerous situations, along with the basic skills to defend
yourself in a bad situation. Learn basic kicks and punches,
getting out of holds and pressure points. Gain confidence and
self-esteem that comes with martial arts training. Instructor
has 37 years experience teaching martial arts and self defense
classes. Wear loose fitting clothing. Class fee: $39.
This gentle Sun Tai Chi form improves mental and physical
capacity as well as relaxation, balance and vitality. Helps relieve
pain, increase range of motion and improve quality of life.
Recommended for arthritis and fall prevention. Can be done
sitting or standing. Wear flat shoes, (sandals not recommended),
and loose, comfortable clothing. Instructor is certified in Tai
Chi and has over 13 years teaching experience. Off-Site
class held at The Estates at Arbor Oaks in Andover.
Class fee: $75 for 8 sessions; $39 for 4 sessions.

for adults. Course covers recognition of an emergency, how to
provide first aid care, barrier devices and how to treat patients
with shock, bleeding, wounds and other medical related injuries.
