Total Body Conditioning Boot Camp
Quiet your mind and practice breathing to feel more alive and
appreciate all that focused breathing brings you. Find mental
clarity and focus while taking time for a mental break. Beneficial
for your mood while physically improving your heart rate, blood
pressure, balancing stress hormones and more. All levels welcome.

Class fee: $29 for 6 sessions; $35 for 7 sessions.
Use various training formats to stabilize, strengthen and tone the
entire body! You will experience circuit style training, high intensity
interval training, super set training and more in this high-energy,
calorie-blasting, body-sculpting class! We will use a variety of
equipment including (but not limited to) kettlebells, dumbbells,
resistance tubes and bands, bodyweight bosu balls, and more!
Bring exercise-appropriate shoes, mat (for floor exercises),

High intensity interval training with quick rounds of simple
exercises followed by short periods of rest. Excellent for burning
fat, losing weight and increased toning and conditioning. Work
with steps, resistance bands and gliding discs. This class is for all
levels of fitness ability as exercises can be modified. Bring water,
