Understanding Estate Planning & Trusts
There is a market in the Twin Cities for voice-over work. Get into
this fun, creative and potentially lucrative industry! Discover your
potential in a non-stressful environment. Supply fee of $15 for

state; have minor children; want to avoid probate or protect assets
for future generations, a trust may be a great estate planning tool
for you. Several types of trusts-Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable
Trusts and Support Trusts for children/grandchildren-will be
discussed. Hear how trusts can protect assets from irresponsible
family members, how to avoid probate, reduce estate taxes or

estates and wills. Students should be comfortable using a
computer, as work will be completed in a computer lab. Some
prep work required; packet sent one week prior to class. This is
a simple will class, not appropriate for those who have assets in
excess of one million dollars or who need a trust as well. Instructor
is an experienced estate planning, probate and business law
