5K Training Drills
Curvy Cardio
Drill training that will strengthen your running muscles and improve
your cardio performance. Good for all levels of fitness even if you
are not training to run. Bring water, good running shoes, small
towel and prepare to sweat as we burn calories and improve power
and muscle endurance. May be outside on occasion, plan for both.

Conquer your fear of the gym and embrace a healthier you! Curvy
cardio is designed for people of all shapes and sizes to burn
calories in a supportive, motivating environment. Get in shape
with low-impact, easy dance moves that incorporate light weights,
bands and various equipment like Bosu and steps. Mixed level
