Myofascial Release
Rock Hard Abs & Glutes
Myofascial therapy is for anyone looking to work the connective
tissue of the body for tension release, to stimulate the lymphatic
system, boost their immune response and improve flexibility, as
well as body alignment. Great for athletes and most everyone else,
it can be a powerful, healing tool. Not recommended for anyone
newly recovering from an injury. Bring a mat, tennis ball and

If you are looking for a 6-pack or are ready to tone your problem
areas, this class is for you. Bring water and either resistance bands,
hand weights or medicine ball from 5 to 12 lbs. See website for

Step & Sculpt
Pilates
An extremely effective full-body workout that focuses on
strengthening your core. It consists of a series of exercises
designed to tone and sculpt muscles, increase flexibility, improve
body awareness, decrease chronic pain and elevate the spirit.

Regan MOVES
Lupus and arthritis patient, and certified fitness trainer Regan
Mizuno designed this low-torque strength, low-impact cardio
interval workout to help you increase energy and decrease pain.
Strengthen the muscles that support your joints without creating
pressure points or intense impact. Regan’s class motto is “We work
smarter, not harder on the joints, and if it hurts, stop.” All exercises
can be done from a chair if needed. Intensity level can be variedmake it as intense as you want it to be! Abdominal work included.
Class followed by optional 15 minutes of stretching and balance
exercises. Bring water and light hand weights (optional). See

Burn calories in this energized step aerobics class.
