NEW | Paddle and Pose Play
Yoga is meant to be fun and that ’ s why we play with poses to find what works best for you and your body . Practicing on the water adds an extra element of balance / stability , while also having a calming effect . If you ’ re new to paddle boarding you will be taught the basics as we start out and hopefully answer any questions you may have . Since we ’ re just getting comfortable , the poses will be gentle and mostly seated , reclined or on hands and knees . Wear what ’ s comfortable and what you don ’ t mind getting wet , in case you want to ( or accidentally ) take a dip . Swimsuits ( one piece suits can sometimes feel restrictive ) & quick-dry workout clothes work best . Bringing a towel is also a good idea . Paddleboards will be available for use .

Kayaking
This hands-on beginner class is set up to teach the basics of kayaking from qualified instructors . You will learn about safety , proper paddling form and paddle strokes . All equipment provided . Participants should meet at the boat launch behind the activity center . Class held at Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park in Coon Rapids . See website for what to bring to class .

Birdwatching is a hobby that can provide you with a lifetime of enjoyment . Be introduced to the basic elements of birding , such as bird shape , size and feeding patterns that you can use to identify your feathered neighbors . Intro to RV Repair
Do you own an RV and need insight on troubleshooting and repairs , or would you like to learn how to winterize it ? If so , you don ’ t want to miss out on this class ! Instruction and hands-on demonstration will cover basic RV 101 troubleshooting including 110 / 12 volt systems , hot water repair , gas / electric refrigeration repair , furnace repair , power conversions , water bypass systems , generator repair and winterizing .
