Ageless Yoga
Ageless Yoga is perfect for older adults . We will move through seated , standing , traditional and modified yoga poses with additional focus on stretching , flexibility , balance , and restorative breathing promoting stress reduction and relaxation . This class is shoe-and joint-friendly and we do not get down on mats . Dress in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes . You will need a sticky yoga mat for foot grip ( optional ).
