Featuring chateaubriand beef tenderloin seared , roasted and served with amazing sauces including , béarnaise , bordelaise and pepper sauce . Accompaniments will include creamy potatoes au gratin , tomatoes provencal and fresh steamed asparagus tossed with olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon . We ’ ll finish with crème caramel , an exquisite homemade custard served in a pool of caramel .
