Boost your bones by adding strength training to your exercise routine ! Strength training will build your bones and benefit your joints by strengthening the surrounding muscles , which will keep your joints in alignment to decrease wear and tear . Use free weights , resistance bands and floor work for a total body workout that everyone can do . Class will include balance and agility training . Dress in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes .
