Core Power Melt Your Middle
A cardio/core workout step class using your body weight as
resistance. This weight-bearing aspect is increased every time
you step up, improving bone health and density. You will get a
great cardio workout while also building muscle, and improve
coordination while burning calories. Core conditioning will take
place giving you strength and flexibility. Bring water, yoga mat,

Hips, Thighs and Otherwise

you bought for a get away trip? Then this is the class for you!
Use light hand weights and body weight exercises to target
those stubborn areas of your hips and thighs. Shape and tone
to feel great and look your best! Bring mat, water and hand
