High intensity interval training with quick rounds of simple
exercises followed by short periods of rest. Excellent for burning
fat, losing weight and increasing toning and conditioning. Work
with steps, resistance bands and gliding discs. This class is for all
levels of fitness ability as exercises can be modified. Bring water,
mat and hand weights from 5 to 8 lbs. See website for class
