Explore exciting places and attend events in the Twin Cities! Transportation is provided; however let us know prior to the trip if there are any special accommodations( such as wheelchair) required so we make your trip as accessible and enjoyable as possible.
The pickup site for all trips unless otherwise indicated will be at: White Bear Lake Area High School, South Campus( south parking lot) 3551 McKnight Road White Bear Lake, 55110
Participants MUST ride the bus to and from events- no pre-event ticket pick up available.
Vulcan Fun Day: St. Paul Winter Carnival Snow Park, State Fair, St. Paul NO ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THIS TRIP Vulcan Fun Day is a big day at the Snow Park! You can expect visits by the Vulcan Krewe and Royal Family, photo opportunities, free fire truck rides with the Vulcans and more. Watch the snow sculpters as they finish their entries for the Minnesota State Snow Sculpture Competition. For an additional cost Giant Snow Slide rides are $ 2.00 per run( or three rides for $ 5) and includes use of a sled( provided at the top of the slide). Dress for outside winter fun. Twin City Model Railroad Museum, St. Paul NO ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THIS TRIP Night Trains Season is a special Holiday’ s tradition at the Twin City Model Railroad Museum. The lights are turned down, the buildings and street lights glow warmly, setting the scene for specially lighted models of vintage passenger trains. The make believe town of Matlin is buried in a blizzard, and throughout the Museum the layouts are adorned with miniature Christmas lights and decorations CBWT2 Saturday, Feb. 25 Register by February 17 $ 25( staff $ 25) Departs: 5:30 pm Returns: 8:30 pm
Disney on Ice at the Target Center: Dream Big NO ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THIS TRIP High-flying jumps, daring acrobatics, breathtaking skating and lovable Disney friends make this an experience you will never forget. CBWT3 Saturday, Mar 4- Register by February 17 $ 30( staff $ 30) Departs: 9:45 am Returns: 1:30 pm
• Space is limited and the events fill quickly- register early. Online registration is not available for these trips.
• Staff or family attending MUST register as well.
• A care provider must attend if medication needs to be administered during any event or if a participant requires personal assistance.
• Tickets are purchased in advance so refunds cannot be given after the date listed.
• If wheelchair accommodations are required, please arrive early for loading.
