Tax payments, for all assessed property,
should have been received by Clearwater
County by September 15, 2016.
An 8% penalty was applied to all outstanding taxes and the assessment and taxation
department has sent reminder notices to all
those with outstanding tax balances.
On December 15, 2016 an additional 4%
penalty will be applied to all outstanding tax
balances.
Payments can be made online, by mail or
in person at the County office. The County
office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m.
Reminder that if cheques are returned from
the bank, taxes are considered unpaid.
