After a record year in 2016, Business Micros now has 37 full time and part time staff based both at Penpont and at Newton Le Willows. The company has shown a real willingness to invest in recruitment and training and now has what it believes is the biggest and best resourced team in the industry.

DW3 PRODUCTS GROUP HAS appointed Martin Dickie as Managing Director of Residence Collection and Window Widgets, the DW3 Window Division.
Martin has over 20 years’ experience in PVC windows and doors. Having started as product manager with timber door maker Leaderflush & Shapland.
Putting his deep knowledge of composite doors and the market to good use, he was in at the inception of Door Stop, working closely on various projects until its sale to Masonite Group three years ago. As business unit director at Door Stop he successfully ran and integrated the company into
Masonite UK, taking sales from £ 26m to £ 38m in two years before becoming Business Development Director Masonite UK. Most recently, as General Manager of National Hickman, another Masonite UK company, he transformed supply and systems.

PURPLEX CONTINUES ITS RAPID growth with five new additions to the team, taking total staff to almost 60 people.
With appointments in digital marketing, social media, video production and administration, the new staff are part of a continued investment in skills, which will see Purplex grow from nearly 60 to more than 100 staff in the next 12 months.
New recruits include digital account executive Siobhán Horsfield, Will Scott, a video post-production specialist, Fern Mitton, a Marketing graduate from the University of Plymouth and an IDM Certified Digital Marketer, administrator and events coordinator Lorna Withington, and credit controller Sian Williams.
