NEW TO THE FENESTRATION industry , Dawn comes from the electronics sector bringing a wealth of experience in product & proposition management , partnership programmes & marketing communications , most recently holding the position of Head of Brand - Northern Europe at LG Electronics Neil joins The VEKA UK Group from within the fenestration industry , having been Sales Director at VELUX for the past decade .
MD Dave Jones was happy to welcome Dawn and Neil to the team : “ I ’ m very pleased to introduce our newest Directors . The interview process was not a simple one , and with so many talented candidates it was naturally very competitive . EPWIN WINDOW SYSTEMS HAS further strengthened its sales team in the North of England with the promotion of Katrina Earl to the position of Northern Regional Sales Manager and the addition of Paul Adlington as Business Development Manager .
With her 22 years ’ industry experience , after joining Epwin just 18 months ago Katrina ’ s experience , passion and commitment will be utilised in a new role heading a team of four Business Development Managers .
Paul is one of the team of managers who will be working alongside Katrina . One of the industry ’ s most experienced technical minds with a 27-year track record with the group , serving various roles throughout the industry , Paul is now completing the next step of his glazing industry career with his appointment .
Katrina said : I ’ m really looking forward to taking all of these developments and working with my team to show our customers how
they can make the very most of them to the benefit of their businesses .”
Paul added : “ I believe the Epwin systems are the finest on the market , and I am really excited about taking that message out to fabricators and installers .”
