A healthy lunch: Vegetables and meat

Green salad:

Cut some green lettuce.

Chop some green olives.

Cut half an onion into slides

and two tomatoes into halves

Roast beef:

Salt and pepper the beef.

Put 1.500 Kg beef into the

oven and cook for 20 / 30 min.
