Fruits are an important part of a healthy diet. Eat lots of fruit every day.

Creative recipe for a healthy snack:

Cut two sides of a half red and a half green apple. Put chopped peanuts or almonds on each half and mix them with apple marmalade. Then, sprinkle with chocolate chips and granola. Top with apple slices, pressing down to make the sandwiches. Serve on napkins or plates.
