Roast chicken:

• ½ cup chopped onions

• 1 boneless, skinless chicken

breast

• 1 teaspoon salt

• Segmented lemon

• Some lemon juice

• 2 to 3 red peppers

• 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves

Serve with green salad

and mushrooms.

Dessert:

Vanilla Ice Cream and

Fruit Salad
