Thanks to the dedication of the team to customer satisfaction, the company has grown very fast in the online fashion industry and has become the French leader in online shoe retail, with 600+ brands.

Launch and development of the Sarenza.dk website

• Adapting Sarenza offers to Denmark (local habits, legal requirements, competitor’s review and e-commerce benchmark)

• Helping in the construction of the website (including functional specifications, testing, translations, and review of the agency’s translation work)

• Securing and optimizing heavy and technical parts of the site

• Conducting regular benchmarks of the competition, analyzing fashion websites and competitive positioning in Scandinavia (products, services)

Conversion part: Driving, managing, monitoring and improving new and existing partnerships and e-marketing performances KPI’s on channels like: SEO, SEM, price compartment sites - expert in feed optimization. Affiliation platforms, retargeting, display campaigns on various sites, testing of marketplaces exposure, Facebook, blogs, contests, link building, A/B testing etc.

The C concept has been launched based on a belief that there is a hole in the market which could be exploited by a convenience concept-store and products. (Renamed to ‘C måltidsløsninger’ in 2016)
