• Continuous and close monitoring of sales and earnings.
• Controlling the sales / assortment of convenience and grocery section.
• The selection and development of the assortment, including space economy and optimization of the product selection of each space.
• Adjusting multi sales in order for it to appeal to the costumers and maximizes revenue.
• The further development of convenience gods, including benchmarking of sales and evaluation of the developed products.
Kvickly shop-in-shop / responsibilities
• Marketing and assortment responsible for the C shop-in-shop concept
Project management in cooperate projects / responsibilities
• Launch of "enkel af Ole Palsby" in all of Coops chains. Well-executed project.
Succeed in a well-executed launch of C concept store and product range, which is a key driver for Coop brand image strategy pillar on ‘easy food’ for everyday families and singles.

Education results: Business Diploma in Management gave me a great theoretical knowledge and many practical ideas for how leadership is distributed and can make the organization stronger internally among employees/managers and externally for the company profile and brand. The program forces me to perform heavy tasks, managing challenges and resolving conflicts through circular thinking and autonomy.
